The staff at The Charmant Hotel are all friendly and professional. I used the valet parking service and they parked my car safely and carried my luggage kindly. They greeted me with a smile at the front desk and escorted me to my room. When I entered the room, there were chocolates and a card prepared for me. The card said, 'Welcome to The Charmant Hotel, Jolly. We hope you have a comfortable and enjoyable time at our hotel.' There was a wax stamp with a 'C' on the card, which is the logo of Charmant. I was touched by this small gesture.

The Charmant Hotel has various types of rooms. I booked a double room with a river view and it was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was soft. The air conditioning and heating worked well. The room had amenities such as a fireplace, minibar, refrigerator, flat-screen TV, etc. The bathroom had a shower booth and a bathtub, and the toiletries were luxurious. I could use high-speed internet for free in the room. When I opened the window, I could see the beautiful scenery of the Mississippi River. I spent time relaxing in the room, reading books, watching TV, drinking coffee, and looking at the river.

It is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and has an outdoor patio and a private dining room. I had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and all the food was delicious and had enough portions. Especially for dinner, I enjoyed steak and wine.

Second, the bar. The bar is a place with brick walls and wooden bar counters that offers various kinds of cocktails and wines. I think it's a good place to chat with friends while drinking.

Third, the parlor. The parlor is a place where you can enjoy coffee and alcohol together. I ordered an americano and a croissant at the parlor and they were delicious. The coffee was strong and the croissant was crispy.

Fourth, the rooftop terrace. The rooftop terrace is a place that offers pizza made with wood-fired oven. I ordered cheese pizza and beer at the rooftop terrace and they were good. The pizza was crispy and the beer was cold. I could also see the view of the river and the city from the rooftop terrace.

Fifth, the sweet bar. The sweet bar is a place where they make candies and chocolates. I bought chocolates and macarons made by the hotel at the sweet bar and took them to my room. They were sweet and soft and melted in my mouth.
